Privacy Agreement 

Information provided by TIM pursuant to Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Code

 

1) Purposes for which processing of personal data is necessary

In pursuance to article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, so-called Personal Data Protection Code, Telecom Italia S.p.A. (hereinafter also as "TIM") herewith provides you with the following Information on the processing of your personal data that you provided by filling in the online application form (curriculum vitae) in the Career section of the site www.telecomitalia.com (hereinafter as " the Site").

Your personal data shall be processed for the purposes relating to possible recruitment activities for future hiring of personnel or internship. Your personal data is therefore necessary in order to achieve the above mentioned  purposes of recruitment; failing to provide such data or providing incompletely or inaccurately data may result in the impossibility for TIM to carry out such activities.

2) Procedures and logic applied to data processing

Personal data processing is carried out manually (e.g. hard copies) and/or by electronic or automated means on the basis of logic correlated to the purposes described above, and, in any event, in a way such as to ensure the security and the confidentiality of the data.

3) Data Controller, Data Processors and categories of Persons in charge of the-processing in TIM

The Data Controller for your personal data is Telecom Italia S.p.A, with registered offices in via Gaetano Negri, n. 1, 20123 Milan. The Data Processor is Mrs. Maria Antonietta Russo, who is domiciled at Telecom Italia S.p.A, Corso D’Italia n. 41 – 00198 Roma, as well as the other Data Processors that may be consulted by clicking on the “Privacy” link on the website www.telecomitalia.com. Your personal data shall be processed by employees of the competent Department of People Value. Such employees works as Persons in charge of the processing, under the direct supervision of the Data Processor.

4) Categories of third parties to which personal data may be communicated as Data Controllers or who may acquire such data as Data Processors

Your personal data may be also processed by Telecom Italia Group companies, based in Italy and/or abroad, for the purposes referred to in point 1) and for the management and maintenance of the Site and of the database containing the curricula vitae received. In addition, TIM may disclose personal data contained in the curricula vitae to third parties (companies and /or consultants) to which TIM assigns some phases of the activities of recruitment and evaluation of candidates. These third parties either operate as independent Data Controllers or will be appointed as Data Processors, in compliance with current provisions of data protection law. In any case the confidentiality and security of your data will be always ensured.

5) Right of access to personal data and other rights pursuant to art. 7 of the Personal Data Protection Code 

You have the right to access data relating to you at any time and to exercise the other rights provided for by art. 7 of the Personal Data Protection Code (to request the source of your personal data, the rectification, the updating or the integration of inaccurate and incomplete data, the erasure or blocking of data that has been processed unlawfully, to object to the processing of your personal data on legitimate grounds), by contacting the Data Processor indicated previously in point 3) or by contacting free-of-charge the phone number +39 0636881or by sending an email to ExternalRecruiting@telecomitalia.it.

1“processing” means any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without  the help of electronic or automated means, concerning   the collection, recording, organisation, keeping, interrogation, elaboration, modification, selection, retrieval, comparison, utilization, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure, and destruction of data.

2“personal data” means any information relating to natural persons, that are or can be identified, even indirectly, by reference to any other information including a personal information number (e.g.: name, surname, date and place of birth, tax code, telephone number, postal address, email address, qualification and any other identifying information).
